Please note that reservations and a permit are required for wedding photos, commercial still, engagement and family/group photos. Cost is $175.15 per session for most areas. Permits for the Hermitage Ruins are $339 per session.

HCA Membership Passes

For only $99.95 plus HST, the HCA Membership Pass allows driver and passenger admission to HCA conservation areas for one year from date of purchase. Enjoy Valens, Christie, Dundas Valley, Fifty Point, Confederation Park, Spencer Gorge/Webster's Falls and Westfield Heritage Village. Seniors passes are $71.50 plus HST. Renew your pass for just $89.95 plus HST.

The wallet-size card allows quick and easy access simply by swiping it through automatic gates at Christie, Valens and Dundas Valley Conservation Areas, and Confederation Park. Just one easy swipe and you'll be on your way to hiking great trails, fishing in pristine lakes, picnics, swimming, cycling and magical heritage sites.

Passholders also receive free admission for their family (maximum 7 people) to Westfield Heritage Village public historical programming. They also receive discounts on the HCA’s Conservation Calendar family events, campground discounts, early morning and early evening access to Christie Lake, Valens and Confederation Park with swipe card and at Fifty Point and Dundas Valley’s manned gates. Passholders can also choose from one of several great rewards.

HCA Membership Passes give you admission for your whole carload or a car and trailer with one horse. Please note that if you have more than one horse entering the conservation area you will require an additional vehicle pass for each additional horse or pay the daily fee of $13.00 for horse and rider.

Camping

Please note: Annual membership pass discount of $6.00 will be applied for passholders. Valens Conservation Area requires a 2 night minimum stay on long weekends. Campers leaving early during "minimum stay" period - no refunds will be issued.

Additional Fees at Valens: For a specific campsite that is reserved, confirmed, and held in advance of arrival, reservation fee is non-refundable, per transaction. No shows also pay first night camping cost. Campsite Reservation fee is $11.00 plus HST, cost to change reservation is $6.00 plus HST.  For campsite reserved, confirmed and held in advance of arrival reservation fee is non-refundable, per transaction. No shows pay first night camping. No refund will be made available if notification is not received during reservation period
